Please remember that check out is before 10am.
This is essential in order for us to prepare for the next guests.
If you are not leaving straight away and would like us to store your luggage please let us know.
Equally if you have an early departure we would be grateful if you could let us know in advance so we can organise early cleaning.
Please turn down the bedding on the beds you have used but do not strip the beds - leaving the bedding on the beds allows us to check more easily for any stains which may need to be treated before laundering.
Please leave the house in a reasonable state with no dirty dishes left behind and all rubbish bagged up and left in the brown bin. If you have moved any furniture please return it to its original place - please do not attempt to move any heavy furniture which may cause damage.
Any excessive or exceptional cleaning required by us may be deducted from the security deposit.
Please check that you haven't left any personal belongings or treasured souvenirs behind.

These days it would seem that having reviews is an essential part of business marketing especially when it comes to being visible on the main listing sites - if you enjoyed your stay here we would be grateful if you could tell others about it by leaving a few words on the review page of Owners Direct.
