The GAS supply to the main cooker is bottled gas.
The actual bottle is housed in the pool house which has no access from the house but in the event that you need to shut off the gas supply the valve is located in the middle drawer to the right hand side of the cooker.
The gas supply to the Summer kitchen is in the cupboard directly underneath the plancha.
To shut off the gas supply in both the house and the Summer kitchens turn the handle so that the red strip is lying perpendicular to the direction of the pipe.
